Welcome to Harmony Home Supported Living, one of the UK’s top health and social care organisations. We operate in the community, improving the lives of people with a variety of care requirements. It’s an exciting and gratifying work, and we’re quite passionate about what we do.
We collaborate with those we help and their close network to make crucial decisions that affect their life. We work together to develop tailored care plans and intended objectives, and then we help everyone reach their goals. For some, that could mean learning to cook and plan menus, establishing a new skill, or gaining confidence in using public transport. Others may choose to continue their studies or seek out volunteer or paid work.
We can provide as much (or as little) support as needed, from 24-hour support to just a few hours of flexible support in the community
Our mission places great importance on quality of care, effective governance, and successful outcomes, all deeply ingrained in the organisation’s ethos. Rigid internal and external auditing methods support our care and safety standards, which surpass legislative requirements.
